"House" was the name of an exhibit at Athens Institute of Contemporary Art (June-August 2002) curated by Carol John of Arrow Gallery. My work for the exhibition was photographs taken inside my apartment. They show the mundane beauty and scrutinized compositions I found in an environment I was overly familiar with. For the installation, 29 prints measuring 11" x 8" were arranged in a grid 6 images across and 5 high. Hanging above was a found sign that hangs in my bathroom, reading "This houes is n," along with a 6" x 4" snapshot of the exterior of the 100+ year old Victorian house.
